Today you're listening to episode 224 and I'm talking with Kelly Veehill.

Kelly is the mother of two. She works full time and also is the woman behind

more miles more fun races. Kelly started running in 2011 and just this past

September ran her first 50k. She's completed 25 half marathons,

seven marathons and that 50k. She gives back to nonprofits all around the

country and world through her organization more miles more fun.

Most recently she set up a run for Australia to help with fire relief efforts over

there and last I checked she had raised well over $25,000 for fire relief in

Australia. I've been a participant in a few of Kelly's virtual races. She also does

a every mother counts virtual race every single year.

Our friend Kristen Garzone who has also been on this podcast is heavily

involved in that effort. You all go follow Kelly over on Instagram more miles

more fun and see what she's doing. She just really has a heart for giving back

and creating these virtual races was one way she could do that and I'm really

inspired by what she does because it's easy to see a problem and just think

yes, someone's going to take care of that or you know all donate another day

with she is giving back to so many great organizations on a regular basis

and I'm just excited for her for what she's doing. All right before we get started
