and now what we're going to be doing in this series is we're going to be investigating the

almost like the forgotten kids of the Metallica Canon. And as the title of this episode suggests, today we're

going to be focusing on Trapped Under Ice. So we're just going to be doing deep dives into the deep

cuts, which was another alternative title, by the way. That's right. There's a bunch of, we, we flew

around a few of our text messaging last

night. There's just, you know, one of the things we were talking about in our text last night

that makes me just love this band so much enduringly after all these years is we're like, man,

these songs that they don't play anymore, or some never played, are so good. And it's like,

well, that's the price you pay for being one of the best ever's because your good songs are so good that they're undeniable and they have to be played.

Because, you know, we were making our list of some of the songs that might be featured in this series.

And like, it's like the whole back half of the black album, minus nothing else matters.
