to for all of my athletic needs.

They are a one stop shop for anybody training for sport, whether you are in everyday runner

or an Olympic caliber runner they work with people all over the spectrum of abilities.

This is where I go to get worked on when I have any kind of issue that pops up.

They have physical therapists, athletic trainers, they have sports dietitians, they have sports

psychologists and sports medical doctors.

So really full spectrum at Saint Vincent Sports Performance and I feel so fortunate that

they are in my back yard.

So I'm going to kick off this series.

The first is with Darryl Barnes.

He's an athletic trainer and performance specialist.
