Hi, everybody. It's me, David, and I'm joined by... Oh, boy, okay. Excuse me, everybody. A little rusty here. It's been seven whole days since the last episode of Election Profit Makers, the podcast that we're making right now. And over the course of those seven days, we've gotten a little rusty. We're like an old beloved childhood bicycle that sat outside in the backyard for a few too many winters.

And now when you run home from college and you hop on your old BMX bike,

the chain's a little rusty. The wheels are a little raggedy.

And your old BMX bike doesn't flow as a natural extension of your body the way it used to when you were in

sixth, seventh grade. Also, you're now 24 years old because it's taking you a long time to get

through college. You're moving at your own pace. You're taking some gap years and some extra

semesters to center yourself as you flit from major to major and text to text,

trying to figure out what the future has in store for you.

And so as you wobble down the avenue on your childhood BMX bicycle,

a bunch of cars pass you by and they honk at you.

They say,

What are you doing on that little kid's rusty bicycle?

Aren't you a grown man? And you say, not me. I'm forever young. Just like the hosts of my favorite podcast, election profit makers, the rusty BMX bicycle of podcasts. Oh, right.

You don't have that congestion anymore.

No, I had a sinus infection, apparently.

I don't think I've ever had one of those before.

And so now I'm on, you know, some antibiotics.

And it's cleared things right up for me.

So just for the record, this means you have still never had COVID.

Is that true?

Yep.
