Oh dear, come on then. I know, I just I'm falling apart.

I tell you what, the closer I get to the big 4-0,

the more I fall apart and feel like words will gumage.

Honestly, it's your age, is my age.

It's funny because you go through periods in life sometimes when you feel

just invincible don't you and certainly you know when I was doing triathlon I just felt

invincible I was never ill never injured training always went amazingly for five years it was it was happy days.

God I just you know probably for the last year.

Last year when we did the mile training the year before last I was fine I think wasn't

I but this last about the last 12 months have just been falling apart and

honestly once again I've got a really tight left IT band and you know I've missed my long run on the weekend

I didn't run on the Saturday, it's just not going.
