Well, hey, everybody. It is Melanie Mitro, the host of the Women Inspiring Women Podcast, and I am back for another episode this week, and I'm so excited that you are

listening in. We are rolling down the home stretch of the summer months. Kids are getting

ready to go back to school.

And I know that across the industry, people are distracted. And maybe you are listening to this

right now. And maybe you are saying to yourself, gosh, I just, I feel like I'm having a really

hard time getting people to make a commitment to a purchase. I'm having a really hard time getting people to make a commitment to a

purchase. I'm having a really hard time getting people to sign up and join my team.

I'm following up. I'm not getting answers back. And then maybe you look at your own life and you

say to yourself, well, I'm really distracted. I'm trying to get my children ready to go

back to school. Or maybe you're a teacher and you're getting ready to go back into the classroom

for, you know, this upcoming school year. And maybe you are a little extra distracted in your own life.
