Well, hey, everybody.

It is Melanie Mitro, the host of the Women Inspiring Women Podcast, and we are back for another episode.

And it is after a long holiday weekend.

So how are you holding up?

Are your kids back in school?

Are you finally feeling like you are ready to rock and roll and get your

business moving in the next couple of months? Because we're actually coming down the home

stretch. As crazy as that might sound, we are not that far away from the end of 2022. And that

means it is separation season. And I don't know about you guys,

but I know I'm feeling the change in the season, the kids going back to school, their routine

is kind of shaken up a little bit. And then also just a lot of business owners, you know,

people in my organization, people that I work with in direct sales, the women that I mentor through the leadership mastermind, there is this sort of like, I'm ready to run, right?

I'm ready to go all in.

I'm ready to crush my goals.

I'm ready to end the year strong.
