Mitchell, the host of the Women Inspiring Women Podcast, and I'm back. I am back in the studio.

I'm doing some recording. And I'm so excited to be sending you an amazing episode that is truly

Recently, it has just been a constant conversation about social media and from a couple of

different sort of avenues.

A couple of things.

Number one is right now people are saying to me social media is weird.

I'm not getting the same engagement and interaction and traction as I used to be.

Business owners who were thriving on social media could throw up a post. They would have tons of

people fill out their applications. And right now it just feels like it's not happening. And then

there are people that are trying to

gain traction and get started with social media. And they're kind of like, I don't want to use
