Chris McDougall is the author of the Wildly Popular Book, Born to Run.

He recently came out with a new book running with Sherman.

He's also the book of Natural Born Heroes and I'll let you in on a little secret.

There's another book that he's written as well that he talks about in this podcast

that I had no idea about.

I've read both Born to Run and Running with Sherman and really enjoyed those books.

I think that Chris has led this really cool life.

He was a journalist and lived over in a war zone for a little bit of time at the beginning of his career.

Now lives out in the country and raises donkeys and all kinds of crazy stuff.

And you know, if you are one of those runners who has read the book, Born to Run,

I know that you'll really appreciate this conversation with Chris.

What I honestly gained from this episode was so much more than just learning about his new book.

But I felt like I had a really authentic conversation with a really nice guy.

And I, for some reason or another because I'm me, I don't know.

I ended up asking him all these parenting questions at the end of the podcast.

And I just got off this interview feeling very refreshed.
