Well, up in Adam Cowboy, I assume that's actually, we should just say, it is after 9 a.m. here on the morning of your big live-wire show in Portland.

So I know that I wasn't even sleeping.

At all last night, I was just an anxious, rolling around mess. I tried breathing techniques.

I tried just about everything under the sun and none of it worked.

I had a feeling how much sleep did you actually get?

I probably wasn't as bad as it felt. I mean, I probably got four or five hours, but you know when you wake up a lot,

well, you had a thing this morning, you had to take Genevieve to the airport super early.

Does that stress you out? Because you think you're going to like over sleep the alarm?

Because it's so rare that I have to get up that early these days that I actually slept pretty well less.

It was like an adventure. Like I woke up this morning at 5.30, got on the road at 6.

That was not that much different than what I used to do every single day for my first, you know, year or so of work here.

But since I've been, let's say a professional podcaster, the idea of five o'clock in the morning is just outside my understanding.

I think of 5 a.m. as nighttime now. So I geared myself up for it so much and knowing that I didn't have to go up,

I didn't have to wake up early and put on a show. I just had to wake up early and get into a car.

So I was just kind of like treating the whole thing like an adventure.

Whereas your big day is still ahead of you, Luke. I'm not trying to freak out. I'm just trying to get a sense of where you are right now emotionally and mentally.
