Hey everybody, welcome to all have another podcast with Lindsay Hein.

I'm your host Lindsay, thank you so much for being here today.

Really excited to announce that I'm going to be heading back

to the Donna Marathon in February.

This is a race that I have been going to now.

This will be my third year going down to Jacksonville, Florida.

For this race, this is a 5K and half marathon,

half marathon relay and marathon.

There's also 110 ultra marathon and challenge events as well.

So this is a really fun weekend on a flat, fast,

Boston qualifying marathon course.

I've done the half two years in a row.

This is the official event for the Donna Foundation,

which the Donna Foundation provides financial assistance

and support nationwide to those living with breast cancer

and funds, groundbreaking research

to finish the disease once and for all.

So last year, I had the opportunity

to raise funds for the Donna Foundation.
