I'm so excited to bring you an update from my friend, Janay Farron.

Janay was episode 65 on the podcast back in May 2017, and then she was also a Patreon guest this past winter.

After she did her first 50 mile race, I had her on over on Patreon.

So when Janay just ran this past weekend, a 9 minute marathon PR,

she ran a 249 marathon at the St. George marathon.

I knew I had to talk to her and get her back on the show.

I know a lot of you probably follow her blog.

She's the hungry runner girl over on her blog.

And if you're like me, you probably want to know a little bit about her training and what changed

and what her next goals are.

So really excited to bring you this bonus episode.

I do want to let you all know.

This is sort of like a Patreon episode.

It's a little less formal, not that I'm ever really formal,

but it's just an update on what's going on in her life.

So it's not an interview where it's a get to know you interview.

It's more of a let's catch up on what just happened in your life interview.
