What have I been doing? I was at Sheffield Castle Park Run on Saturday.

That was pretty cool actually. It's a fantastic three-lap time at course with a wonderful organizing team.

We put it there as part of the Move More Sheffield campaign

and that was a collaboration between Ollie Hart from Graves Park Run really and us at Park Run and it was cool

it was 41 runners which is nice I really like the small little local events that

have a real sort of local atmosphere and it's in the manner of state. I really like the fact that it's a three lap

tarmac course. That's just got a lovely ring. Three lap tarmac.

Well I tell you what that's a real Yorkshire style course that is three undulating

laps on on tarmac and it was good I had a really good threshold run like so I

had a mile warm up and then I just around 1940 which I was pretty pleased with it

wasn't in any way of max effort but it was just a you know one of those really

a nice hard effort about as hard as you can possibly go while you're still

really enjoying it and you're not having to motivate yourself.
