Alright friends, today episode 201 I'm talking with Emily Tobaya.

She's someone that I followed for quite some time on Instagram and maybe some of you have too.

Emily is a 310 marathoner, she's an ultra runner, she's done 600 mile distance races,

850 mile races, and you might know her for the woman who likes to run a lot of miles on the treadmill.

We talk about this a lot in the episode, she's known for running 20-22 miles multiple days a week

on her treadmill. Another cool part of her story, she ran that marathon PR recently.

And she's 42, so I love to hear of women PRing the marathon in their 40s.

Her kids are four and 19, so she's parenting kids in two totally different stages of life.
