1:02.4	She's someone that I followed for quite some time on Instagram and maybe some of you have too.
1:09.2	Emily is a 310 marathoner, she's an ultra runner, she's done 600 mile distance races,
1:16.6	850 mile races, and you might know her for the woman who likes to run a lot of miles on the treadmill.
1:24.2	We talk about this a lot in the episode, she's known for running 20-22 miles multiple days a week
1:31.1	on her treadmill. Another cool part of her story, she ran that marathon PR recently.
1:39.2	And she's 42, so I love to hear of women PRing the marathon in their 40s.
1:46.2	It's just extra exciting to me. She's the mother of two.
1:50.2	Her kids are four and 19, so she's parenting kids in two totally different stages of life.
1:58.2	And I had so many questions in regards to that and really loved how open, honest and vulnerable
