There's a concept called The Paradox of Choice. And essentially it states the more options you have, the more stressed you become, the more distracted you get, and the worse you tend to perform.

So in other words, it comes down to a statement we've said many times on this podcast,

and how it is limited and how we give power to what we focus on. But it's not just a matter of

that you design for yourself reduces the amount of decisions you have to make. It narrows your options. It makes the right thing

easier to do and the wrong thing harder to do. The truth that most people miss is that the better

you want to be, the fewer options you could afford. If you want to be physically fit,
