And I learned this lesson when I started working

with Tony Fee now with PGA golfer. And I was amazed on the level of preparation that all of these

PGA tour golfers put into their craft, which is very similar to the NBA guys and the NFL guys

and major league baseball guys that I work with. But I'll never forget the first

day, it was a major that I worked with Tony, and we show up and we show up three hours before he

tease off, which is very common in pro sports. These elite athletes of every, of every sport

show up many, many hours before the actual competition to get their minds right,

their bodies getting going, sharpen their craft, all of that stuff.

So then he goes any place.

The round is 18 holes of golf.

He walks anywhere from 4 to 5 miles, I think it's about a 4 hour round.

And when it was over, I had assumed that we're

going to get in the car and we're going to go home. We're going to finish up, shower, press

conference stuff, all that stuff, and then head back to our respective places. And part of it was

because it was so hot. There was so much going on. And even myself, I was struggling and I wasn't

even playing. I wasn't the one swinging the clubs or making the decisions. And to my surprise,

he walks off, Tony does, and he tells his caddy, I'll see you at the practice. I'll see you

at the driving range. And for the next hour, he goes out there and he practices

after his round. So he's there three hours before the round, plays the round, and then he practices
