One of the things that I love most about what I do is the opportunity to hear firsthand what drives the athletes and the coaches that I work with.

Now, these are some of the best athletes and the top

coaches at the highest level of elite sport. And when you're able to sit and listen to what drives them,

what motivates them, what gets them going, it's really neat to hear that because then you are going to be able to tap into their motivation

and their passions. Now, the reason I say that is because I was recently reminded of a story

that I absolutely love. So there's this man who is very wealthy because he has a tractor

business and he becomes so wealthy that he buys a very luxurious car.

He buys a Ferrari.

And he ran into problems with his Ferrari.

There was a problem with a clutch.

So he goes to Enzo Ferrari himself. And he said, hey, I need you to fix my car.

And Enzo Ferrari ends up dismissing him. And he says this, quote, let me make cars. You stick to making

tractors. That phrase absolutely offended this man who is in the tractor business.

And he says, you know what?

That offended me so much.

Then I'm going to go and start my own car company.

And in 1963, he did just that.

He founded a new car company called Lamborghini.

And the rest is history.

And the reason I share that, and the reason that fascinates me so much, is because it makes

me think about you listening to this.
