thinking, overthinking, trying to force things, trying to fix things.

And it's just your first instinct is to add.

Add more effort, add more complexity, add more control.

Like I said, you're overthinking.

You may be starting to tighten up.

You're trying to fix everything all at once.

This episode is for you.

My invitation for you to consider, consider, even though it may be easier said than done,

is to consider not trying to do more, but trying to do less, but with more intention,

really simplifying your process during a time like this.

Because simplicity, as you know, it's not weakness, it's intelligence, it's wisdom.

The game might be speeding up on you right now and now is the time to go back to the fundamentals.

The noise, internal noise, the doubt, the fear, the worry might be turning up internally.

And you have to find some way to turn down that volume, not eliminate it because you're human, but to turn the volume down.

When that doubt creeps in, it's important to reconnect to the things you can control.

Because most of the time that internal battle goes to the past, goes to the future,

or runs towards things that you cannot control.

Remind yourself that you don't need to solve everything right now.

You just need to recalibrate and get back to the right next step.
