| 0:13.8 | much easier to notice in others instead of noticing it in ourselves. Let me give you an example. |
| 0:21.1 | It's when a coach labels somebody and every time they do something or they say something |
| 0:29.1 | or they don't do something that label is so strong, the coach looks at it and says, |

| 0:36.6 | Yep, it's because they're that. Yep, it's because they're that. |
| 0:38.6 | However, every time this person, let's just say they work hard or they stack wins or they work |
| 0:44.6 | outside of that label that the coach gives them, that coach dismisses it. |

| 0:52.0 | That's called a confirmation bias. |
| 0:53.6 | It's when you only see what reinforces what you already believe. |
| 0:58.7 | And you ignore everything that challenges it. |

| 1:04.7 | It happens with decision making, game planning, hiring, leadership, the way you think, political views, you name it. |
