Good morning and welcome to the Increase Your Impact podcast. I'm Justin Sua, episode 2076. I realize that I've been getting my numbers off lately. So to clarify, this is episode 276 and the last one was episode 2075, even though I said otherwise. Today we are diving into the topic of excellence. I've shared this with you before,

0:22.7

but I've been thinking about this a lot lately. Excellence isn't about being perfect. It's about

1:42.8

It doesn't require you to avoid failure. It actually demand you to

1:46.9

embrace it. And because failure is where growth happens, as we always discuss. And it builds

1:53.5

resilience. And resilience is built by taking those punches, getting knocked down, and then

1:58.2

standing back up. Only a stronger, better, smarter version of

2:02.4

yourself. Every time we take one more step, we learn one more lesson or give one more ounce of

2:08.7

effort. That's excellent. That's how we define it. It's not by being perfect, but by committing

2:15.6

to that process. And when we relentlessly pursue
