former NBA coach.

He says this, don't fail the plan.

Let the plan fail you.

Don't fail the plan.

Let the plan fail you.

In sport and in life, there's going to be plans.

And sometimes those plans fail.

You can do everything you can to plan things out.

And it could be the perfect plan.

But sometimes the other team or the opponents just beat you.

And that's going to happen.

But don't fail the plan means don't let your lack of effort be the reason the plan fails.

Don't let your not willing to be a good teammate be the reason the plan fails.

Don't be the reason. Don't let not knowing where to go, not knowing what to do, not buying into the plan, be the reason the plan fails. Don't let you not liking the plan. Be the reason the plan fails. Don't let you not liking the plan. be the reason the plan fails.

Don't plan, don't fail the plan, let the plan fail you.
