Hey, everybody, it is Melanie Mitro and I'm so glad to have you back for another episode of the podcast, whether you are a business owner and executive, you are in direct sales, you

own your own business. I'm so happy you come here and you choose my podcast to listen to

every time a new episode drops. It makes my heart so happy. We are approaching, I think,

four million downloads, which is just mind blowing. When I think about where this podcast started,

it started as a business tip Tuesday that I would do every Tuesday

on my Facebook page at 10 a.m. Business tip Tuesday, eventually podcasting, we kind of came,

something that was out there. It was kind of a buzz. And I'm like, you know what? I'm going to

jump on the podcast train. I'm going to launch a podcast. And so I did. I googled it. And my assistant and I launched the women inspiring women podcast. And here we are now like six years

later with almost four million downloads and just serving leaders out there in the field every single

day. And I love it so much. And it fills my cup. So today we're going to have a candid

conversation. And the reason that we're going to have this conversation is because I am hearing

from people all the way to executives and companies to owners and CEOs of direct sales companies,

to leaders that are in the field to people that are, you know, in the direct

sales industry, sort of in the front line getting started. A lot of people are like, oh, it's so hard.
