Melanie Mitro, the host of the Women Inspiring Women Podcast. And we are back for another episode.

And wow, I feel like I am on my A game. You are getting two episodes in a row this month, which

because life is busy. I'm over here growing two businesses, supporting my team in their

direct sales business and also simultaneously mentoring and supporting other people out there in the workforce, whether it is through

And I get a lot of questions about Melanie, like, when are you ever going to just kick back
