Well, hey, everybody. It is Melanie Mitro, the host of the Women Inspiring Women podcast. And it is the 200th episode as I am recording this podcast for you all. I am just, I don't know, just in awe of what this has turned into, you know, gosh, I don't even

know how many years ago it was maybe seven years ago that I started to go live on my social

media on Facebook, specifically every single Tuesday at 10 a.m. It was my business tip Tuesday. And every

week, I'd take a different topic and I would talk about it. And it would just be my way to kind

of pour back into my followers. And a lot of people, you know, followed me in the direct sales space,

specifically with Beachbody, which is the company that I have, you know, partnered with.

And then it started to really grow. And lots of people started to come every week and be a part

of business tip Tuesday. And long before podcasting was like a thing, I said, I think I'm going to

turn my business tip Tuesday into my podcast. And my assistant and I,

we researched how to start a podcast, how to launch it. And we just did it. We just put it out there.

We just did it. You know, and so here we are now all these years later. We're at the 200th episode

of the podcast. We're so stinking close to a million downloads, which is amazing.

And so many of you message me and say, my podcast is the one that you look forward to every

single week.
