So I get this great guess that we've been trying to get on for a little while but our schedules are all crazy and everything.

Yeah, of reverse. So all of our friends have been on your show, man.

I know you're doing some great stuff. So tell people your story about you, how you started out, how you got to where you are now.

Wow, it's a long story. I mean, but I started out obviously in film and television and music actually.

I don't like to drop names, but I guess I'll drop a name, you know, the nephew of the late legendary Bob Marley.

So that was my inspiration to want to do something really cool in the world.

And I kind of started off the music, then from music to film, start in some major TV shows and movies.

And then from that to producing and things like that. And then I moved from Los Angeles to be a single dad.

And my son came up with this great concept of making healthy affordable meals for under $7 and I was like, wow.

So I started this whole cooking thing.

And you know, not that I'm a chef or anything like that, but it just was something to do while I was in Florida.

And it just took off. And it did kind of align me with this healthy brand, you know, this healthy thing.

And I knew nothing really about, you know, health per se.

And then when I was diagnosed with type two diabetes, probably about 13 years ago, it kind of really woke up, woke me up and made me kind of want to look into the world of health.

I wanted to create a documentary, a documentary series or something that I thought I would put on local TV.

And that kind of just snowballed into me wanting to create this piece and then wanting to put it on television.
