I'm Martin to do. So, On this week's show, Tom's being Mr Fancy Pants in London Town, Martin's still waiting for the big day. Mo and Johnny take it to the

wire. Tony's at the Great North Run. We speak to a real life red squirrel and Paul Pollack

tells us about his time at the Moscow World Championship marathon.

Tom, what have you been doing?

Well, I've not been quite as fancy as I wanted to.

I thought I was being Mr Fancy Pants.

We did have tickets for the

Prew Health grand final of the World Triathlon series. But I got there and

they're not they weren't VIP tickets I can't believe it. I can't believe you are disappointed let's get the show

off to a great start showing what do you mean you have amazing tickets to go and watch that

the World Triathlon Series final in High Park, amazing

tickets you were sending in pictures of you swanning around about three meters

from the finish line and you say they're not good enough what's a problem

did you not get champagne and strawberries or something?

Well no they were brilliant I'm not in any way moaning they were fantastic they were

no seat numbers. There was one big grandstand and you say it was first come

first serve so we got there right at the beginning.

We stood right next to Ali and Johnny's parents in fact who surprisingly they

also, Allison Johnny's parents parents had to cue in the

rain for just a normal seat when there was right next to us there was a massive great

VIP hospitality tent with like warmth and food and drink and
