I don't even know if you're injured really because even you don't know now. It might have cured up. You get out there, get running, don't do anything that makes it hurt. |
| 1:42.7 | So I thought I'd have a bit of a go at Darlington Park Run on Saturday morning, pushing Rosie. |
| 1:47.9 | So I had a really, really hard effort and I figured actually because I was pushing Rosie, |
| 1:51.8 | I'd be going slower, so it would be less pressure on my ankle but it would be a hard work out and it was. |

| 2:09.2 | and then on the Sunday I did weather B10K as a sort of tempo stroke threshold right well I went into it as a tempo. the really strained my ankle and feel horrendous. Last couple of K were pretty tough, I must admit. |
