Hello and welcome to another highly evolved episode of We Only Look Thin.

I am Catherine Weigel and one of your hosts and I've lost about 140 pounds.

I said 140, not 145.

Oh boy.

And with me today is Donald Weigel.

And I've lost about 100 pounds and we're here to talk about it.

We sure are. This is highly evolved. We've kept most of our weight off.

Wow, that's a really strong opener. We've kept most of it off for about three and a half years. Yeah. Yeah, no, I'm still

pretty much right there. That's awesome. Good for you. I mentioned on a recent episode that I'm

up about four pounds, five pounds from where I was. We don't have a scale that I'm going to

show you all the, all the charts and math, but still have lost a lot. But this summer, I had a sumspringer instead of a rum spring.

Although there was some rum in the sum.

There really was.

Yeah, my tithes are delicious.

It turns out.

I've been on a tropical hideaway.

Super classy canned pre-made mitis.

It's so good, though, you guys. Yeah guys yeah i track it it's 240 calories a can

so that's a lot of uh of rum uh in one can but yeah i'm up on the scale a little bit a lot of rum in

your rum spring yeah that's what i was saying that's my oh did you already make that joke yeah

sorry i don't listen.

It's fine.
