Donald Weigel. And I have lost about 100 pounds.

And yes, we have been recording this show since the early 1920s.

And as we learned on the last episode, sliced bread was invented in 1928.

So this is the best episode since then.

Wow, that's a long time.

Those early 1920s episodes are not our best work. Not our best work.

Yeah. Well, it was a complicated time. I think they're still solid. Dragons. We're flying in the air.

We were too busy trying to do 23 skidoo and whatever they did in the roaring 20s.

We were too busy roaring with Charleston's in the 20s, yes, to really focus on weight loss and fitness.

But this is part two of two parts of one episode of two parts of we only look thin.

Yes.

As I just said.

Yeah, in the last episode, I don't know, dude, they're not all winners.

I was too busy doing the Charleston in my brain.

Yes, as were we all. But in the last episode, we talked about sort of our ideal selves, ruining our actual lives and how we overthink and how we try to hold ourselves to these ideals of weight loss instead of the practical side of life.

Yeah, and how the pursuit of perfection can oftentimes lead to procrastination.

That's a lot of peas in there.

It sure is.

But it really is a matter of this getting over this all or nothing mindset that we have and I did it for
