movie which is a shark movie so you already know i'm all over that other than that what have i

been doing just been catching up with my shows from which i am having a great time with so far i

haven't watched this newest episode yet i'll probably watch that later euphoria not horror but kind of horrific in the way that it's going this season. Am I right? No, I don't know. I don't know. I honestly can't tell if I like it or not. I don't really think I do. I think it's just annoying me, but obviously I'm going to continue watching it. Happy belated Mother's Day to all the moms out there, except for

Margaret White. Fuck you, Margaret White. I'll never forget you for what you did to my girl Carrie.

But now that we've gotten that out of the way, we are continuing our discussion on the

haunting of blind manner today. And we're covering episodes four, five, and six. And I think that

this stretch is where it starts to get sad. Like there were a couple

parts in all three of these episodes that got me a little bit. And I kind of like how it's leading up to

just absolutely gutting you and ripping your fucking heart out and stomping at it in the next and

final three episodes. So it's like the first three episodes, okay, like this isn't really

sad. I'm not necessarily crying. I ain't cry once. And then these next three, it's like, okay, I find myself crying a little bit. And now this is becoming really devastating. And then the last three, and like I said last week, I don't entirely remember everything that happens because I only watched the show through once when it first came out. But from what I do remember,

I do know it's going to rip your fucking heart out and do a fucking river dance on it. I know that. So at least there was a slow lead up. I mean, they didn't throw it all at us at once, I guess, but at the same time, fuck you, Mike Flanagan. But also, obviously, you know I love you, Mike Flanagan. you're my lord and savior. But he always does this shit. His shows always do this shit. And in these three episodes, too, I find that there are scenes that are actually scary as well. Like, there are some scenes that are genuinely frightening. And again, Mike Flanagan loves to do that, just like scare the shit out of you with these subtle scares. And then just again, proceed to rip your fucking heart out and punching me in the face would hurt a lot less. But here we are. But let's jump right back into it. We're starting with Bly Manor episode four, which is called The Way It Came. And this episode is about 53 minutes long. And it's the shortest of these three, actually. These three are a bit longer than the ones we talked about last week. But this episode opens and we see this little girl and a little boy.

And they're sitting on a bed and he is wearing these very specific looking glasses. Like they are

very round, almost like Harry Potter-ass glasses. He's wearing these glasses and they're apparently new because

that's what the two of them are talking about and she tries them on and he asks her to stay for dinner and he's

like, oh, my mom says you can. Like I think she wants you around here more than she wants me around here.

So the two of them are talking and then we transition to Danny and this man wearing the same glasses and she has an engagement ring on.

So obviously this was Danny as a child and her now fiancee.
