Martin, what have you been doing?

Well, firstly, it's good to have you joining me. We interviewed you a few weeks ago, didn't we?

And we had some amazing feedback.

So we thought, you know what, well, Tom's jetting away on holiday as he does all the time

Is his second home in Maldives we thought we'd get you on the show. So thank you very much for joining us first off. That's all right I did

offer to stand in for Tom on holiday but neither him or his family were going to go

for that. Oh that's a shame isn't it? I've been down at the very first

Bormuth Park run I was scanning down there it went really good I love a new

event it was great there was 293 people which is massive for a first time park run as matter I've also been running around 25

I've also been running around 25 kilometers which is a lot for me

because of my pesky plant of faciatis has been playing up of late

but I ran 25k with Eddie Isard. I've read jealous about that. Yeah that's not

just me being posh. Yeah I'm I guess I'm fortunate enough, unfortunately in some ways, fortunate enough to work with him and help him with some of his running.

So he came over and we did a brilliant 25k run on the Perbex. My foot held up amazing.

His knees been playing up a little bit and that held up amazingly too.
