Hi Randy.

Hi, I was just confessing to Randy that technology and I are not really good friends.

In fact, I think I'm, and I do try, but I think I'm one of those people,

although I'm tempted to say one of those women, for whom it's complicated, it's scary, it's the thing that besides having to hold on the line for the cable company,

it's the thing that can kind of drive me to being a little bit out of control

and nasty and, you know, screaming. And I'm not that person. And I'm sure that I am not the only one which is one of the

reasons just one that I'm so glad that you're here today because maybe you can

help me like solve this problem in my life. Thank you well I'm

first of all thrilled to be here it's just so great to to be acquainted with you

again after speaking together at a conference and that's why the title of my book is called dot complicated because it is overwhelming

and complicated.

Right and you wrote this book.

I remember the first time I saw you before we had actually met on the today show

and you wrote this book it was like 2013 right?

It was and it's funny because you immediately you ask anyone like what dot complicated moment
