I have lost about 145 pounds.

And with me today, as always, is Donald Weigel.

And I have lost about 100 pounds. Perfect pounds and I timed it poorly or something I don't know so we have

we have unfortunately timed the recording of this along with leaf blowers happening in our neighborhood

so you may get some of that in the background. Yeah, our neighborhood. Sometimes we have circumstances

out of our control, but instead of eating about it, we're podcasting about it. So we might have to stop.

We might have to start. But we're going to give it a go. See how the sound works out on this episode.

If we only look thin. Yes. let's hope that the leafblowers

aren't too distracting from the amazing content that you are about to receive through your ears.

Well, sometimes, just like this episode might have to be, we're going to talk about starting over.

And there goes an airplane.

See, it's all, all the sounds of the neighborhood are happening right at us right now.

Yeah, we're going to get like trucks coming through and steamrollers and someone will start a chainsaw for some reason.

For sure.

We actually went, we went out of town for a couple of days into the countryside of California.

And speaking of quiet nature sounds, there was a guy with an ATV across the street from where we were staying.

It was beautiful, quiet, you know, pastoral setting.
