Yeah, you've been down here with me in the sunshine. Yeah, loving it. It was really good actually. It was like being abroad especially for

normal. Well, actually we couldn't mention it on previous shows but I

organized a surprise retirement from international running party from my wife

Liz down here in Paul so I invited some lovely running friends and

family to join us to celebrate her career and you came along which was lovely

yeah yeah it was really good I actually spent most of the

evening chatting to Marayamuchi and her husband she gave which was great I've never met

Mara before she's really nice and we just chatted about running and

park run and all kinds of things all evening so that was pretty cool.

Yeah I took a photograph actually of Joe Pavey speaking of Olympians Joe was there as well

with her husband Gav and she's got a baby bump I took a photo of Liz and her having a bump off.

Do you what Liz is quite a big bump though? Twins that's a...
