So, Russ, why don't you start out just giving us a quick summary of who you are, where you're at,

and that sort of stuff, and then we can kind of get into whatever we get into.

Great. So Russ Concer, lived just outside of Houston, Texas, grew up in the Midwest, in Nebraska,

went to school in Iowa, mechanical engineer originally by trade, became a petroleum engineer,

fell in love with energy, spent

30 years in the energy industry with Shell. First part of that was exploring and producing

for oil and gas, all called dead carbon all around the world. The second part helped set up

the technology venturing organization in the late 90s and then ended up leading the Angel Stage

Breakthrough Technology Investment Group there for many, many years.

So kind of living at the bleeding edge of energy technology and renewable energy was kind

of where I come from.

And ironically, without me knowing it, set the stage for me to take this new direction into regenerative agriculture.
