Brad is the author of the new book The Passion Paradox which you heard Shalane

plan again talk about in this podcast.

She's the one who recommended the book to us.

That was episode 163 when Shalane talked about that book.

But Brad is a researcher, he's an author, he's a writer, he's a father, he along with

Steve Magnus wrote this book The Passion Paradox.

They are also the authors of the book, Peak Performance.

Both very good books.

Not only though do Brad and I talk about the book in this, we get into the details of the

effects our phones have on our lives, social media has on our lives.

And I honestly really liked this unfiltered, very engaged conversation that I got to have

with Brad.

I think he's doing really awesome work and I think he's just a really great guy.
