So our life is an accumulation of the flow of thoughts, feeling, and behavior.

So what you think about produces a feeling, an actual, a chemical, a charge and energy, and then that feeling leads to a certain behavior.

And that behavior will give you an experience, either an old experience that

cements the thoughts or beliefs and or beliefs, or a new experience that starts to

shift your thoughts and beliefs.

So let me give you a really simple example.

And this is just one flow right now.

It's not the only flow, but this is the general flow,

like our thoughts, how we think, manifest a feeling, that feeling manifests in a behavior.

So here's an example, if you are thinking that you let's see you're single and your and your thoughts are I

don't you know I don't know when I'm gonna find someone and your thoughts are just you know you're

discouraged well your thought is basically I don't know when I'm going to find

someone and you keep thinking about how single you are and how lonely it is, the feeling from those

thoughts are going to be what discouragement, obviously feeling lonely, maybe internalize and you feel that something's wrong with you, right?

And then the behavior to cope with that might be ice cream. It might be travel. It might be, you know it depends. It

depends on what your vices are and where you're at in your life as far as having your tools and if you're going to run toward or away from yourself, right? So if this is the general flow of life, you have three doors.
