Today you're listening to episode 170 and I'm talking with Maryl Hall.

We've got another barrimand track club woman on the team today.

Maryl is a 5K and 10K runner.

She ran in the 2016 Olympics in Rio in the 10K.

She also competed in the 5K at the 2015 World Championships in Beijing.

Maryl joined the barrimand track club in 2017 and she's now coached under Jerry Schumacher.

You guys know how much I want to have Jerry on the show.

So hey, maybe if I continue to have all of his athletes on the show one day, he'll give

me a shot.
