We're talking to Antonia today about the transition from corporate America to starting her own online magazine, Modern Mia is a

platform for women of color to share their stories and it also gives a piece of

self-celebration for women of color. You are showing what we as women of

color, mothers of color, look like from all walks of life. Even within

ourselves we always say like we're not a monolith,

but then we hold ourselves to this kind of monolith idea

that we're all the same.

We all parent the same.

We all make the same decisions.

And it's just, it's not true at all.
