And we are in the middle of a series on the block

you may have dug for yourself in your sex life when things are really, really,

really lousy and you want to emerge for it because nobody wants a lousy sex life.

Exactly.

We all want to feel connected.

But what do we do when there's so much pain and so much hurt

and just so much feeling like you're never going to get better.

And so that's what I want to address today.
