Because I've kind of just seen a little bit of your stuff on Instagram and a lot of people have sort of, they kind of directed me your way, you know and so I I'd be interested to hear more about

your background myself so if you don't mind sharing that with our audience yeah um so I'm a retired

nutritionist I specialize in sports nutrition when I did it I've raised my husband and I

have raised three kids together on they're in their 20 our oldest 27 and then our youngest is going to be 17 in a

couple months. So pretty much grown. And we raised them on sort of traditional foods, animal food

centered diets without grains. And now for the last 10 years, we've had our own small farm homestead and just sort of sharing

the gospel of the nutrition of animal foods with people, I guess, is what I'm doing.
