I mean, I went vegan 20 years ago at 25, and I was, you know, it was because my bowels were not feeling good, given what I was eating before, which was total junk.

I mean, I was one of those gifted type athletes where I could eat anything.

I mean, junk and still be in great shape and not really not have a problem with it.

But at some point, at 2.5, my bowels felt like garbage.

option for me to live and eat. And also, because I wanted to win a track and feel, which

probably vegan has hurt me, you know, prevented me from fulfilling what I could have done. And now
