And a lot of times with these, we usually just take a few minutes and let the guests just kind of explain like where their background is and what they're interested in and just let our listeners kind of know where you're coming from.

So if they're not familiar with who you are, they have some background idea and then we can dive into some topics.

So I grew up on a farm, the family farm, and spent 17 summers there when I was a

kid starting at the age of nine.

And when you look at my family, they're pretty healthy even to this day.

And I didn't really have experiences with medical doctors, chiropractors, you know, et cetera, et cetera. Most of my family,

they're either farmers or teachers. So, but I wanted to be a doctor of something. I was pre-med

in college. And then I went to, before I took the MCAT to apply, I interviewed a dozen students
