What have I been doing? I've been York Park running. We had Rosie and I had quite a

park run on Saturday. Helz was was running solo and going for it a little bit,

so me and Rosie started at the back

as we normally do, pushing him in the buggy.

It was cold day, wasn't it?

But I wanted to show off my 50 t-shirt. I'm not running my 50 t-shirt for a while being the winter

So I had a load of layers on and and had my 50 t-shirt on and under that had a vest to keep me warm

A nice tight skin tight vest to keep me warm. A nice tight, skin tight vest to keep me warm. And off we set anyway and

and started running. After that four or five hundred yards I think, I'm feeling a bit

chilly here and I look down and I've only whipped my 50 t-shirt off as well and I'm running on my skin-tight vest

dear that's a bit especially given the Baltic weather we've heard of late that is a bit tough isn't it?

Oh it's chilly yeah look a bit like Matt Lucas from from little Britain anyway.

Did you have gloves on?

Vesting gloves is a good look.

So I pulled over, got all my clothes out at the bottom of the buggy and fiddle around found my t-shirt put it on that's okay just started
