kind of about your training?

You know, as far as where you got all your education from

and then what do you do on a day-to-day basis?

Yeah, totally, I have a degree in kinesiology

from the University of Michigan's undergraduate degree. I have a master's Knessiology from the University of Michigan's undergraduate degree

in exercise science with a specialty and strength ignitioning from Appalachian State University.

And I have a PhD in Sport Physiology, the science of taking good athletes and making them better.

From East Tennessee State University, I've been a professor for quite a while now,

and some of the courses I've taught, actually a significant number of them have been in the realm of nutrition and health.

I've also authored several books on nutrition, one of the most recent ones being an exploration of the general principles of nutrition and health and examination of how nutrition affects longevity in a variety of other factors.
