| 0:22.8 | So we really are continuing to engage in one giant collective conversation as we very |
| 0:28.7 | well understand whatever it is that I, Jenna, and dealing with and Nicole is dealing with |
| 0:33.7 | and our family and our lives is also what the collective is dealing with in some way. |
| 0:39.8 | And last week we touched on what we spoke on grief in our own journeys, especially very |
| 0:45.1 | rally for me, it being a few weeks past my brother Jacob's passing. |
| 0:51.0 | So this conversation about grief and sadness and hearing the collective connection that each |
| 0:56.3 | person has and a lot of people who know are choosing to go on the journey of feeling their |
| 1:01.3 | own grief for the first time even though it may have been decades ago and really hearing |
| 1:06.0 | the resonance with the fact that if you have ever loved you will someday know grief. |
| 1:13.2 | And with it being intertwined and explethe'll be it with love and the human experience, |
| 1:18.5 | that human experience is quite literally survived by connection. |
| 1:23.6 | So it's a very longer way of saying that this is how we came to this conversation and all |
| 1:30.2 | conversations is really understanding that in those feelings of heaviness and sadness |
| 1:35.0 | and grief at the core of that what we're dealing with is a lack of connection with ourselves |
| 1:41.5 | and then in turn to those around us. |
| 1:43.4 | So we want to bust that open and really talk about what it means to actually connect. |
