Summary

Most of us were taught as children that our emotions were wrong or bad. Some of us were punished for crying or told to not get angry. This makes us disconnected from our emotions as adults. In this episode, you’ll learn hope to have a new relationship with your emotions to create better relationships, feel more fulfilled, and have an overall better understanding of yourself.

only concerned with what's happening and how we can remain safe in this moment.

1:28.0

Our feelings come from a very quick interpretation of the situation.
