Similar to the first Daily Decompression class, this gentle class gives you another opportunity to release tension in your mind and body. You will practice deep breathing as well as postures that aim to increase mobility and stretch your chest, hips, and shoulders. Take this time to slow down, nurture yourself, and unwind.
