Summary

This 15-minute shoulder mobility class is great post-workout or on your active recovery days and is also great for anyone who sits at a desk all day. We begin by stretching the neck and then move to the shoulders. This class is focused on mobility, not just flexibility.

Thank you. Hello and welcome to yoga download. I am your teacher, Kylie Larson, and today we are going to be doing a 15-minute shoulder mobility class. So this is going to be great for an active recovery day

These are a lot of things that I do when I'm finished working out.

Today, I'd love for you to have a strap or a PVC pipe.

So we're going to start in this comfortable seated position.

And again, you can sit kneeling if that feels better for you.

What I'd like you to do is just dip your chin down towards your chest.

And then we're going to rotate left ear to left shoulder

and then right ear towards left right ear towards right shoulder so just side to side in these

And then from here, I want you to rotate your chin down towards your armpit. The crown of your head is going to be pointing away from you on a diagonal.

Bring your head back to neutral. Find that chest expansion with an inhale, sweep arms high.
