Thank you. Hi, welcome back to Yoga Download. My name is Elise Fabricant. Today I have for you mindful movement too. Now I'm inviting you to take this class with me with a very open mind

because this is not traditional yoga. In fact, I've created this class so that your body can

experience moving in lots of different ways through all three planes of movement. So please explore, get curious, suspend judgment,

So find your breath. Maybe just move through the body a little bit.

And then with the arms, reach up and high, inhale.

And exhale, grow taller as you draw the hands down to your side.

Big inhale up, filling up up the body and exhale, push it away.

One more time up. This time take your right hand around your left wrist. Inhale, lengthen once again.

With the exhalation, start to rotate your body around.

So we're going to come into a big circle,

exhaling as you go down,

and inhaling as you come all the way up the other side.

At the top, switch out the hands,
